Abstract guidelines

Submit your abstract! 

Abstracts related to the topics of the congress will be submitted online, and the Registration Form system (containing the abstract submission part) that will be open until April 30^th, 2018. Registrations without abstract submission could be done at the Registration Form system as well until 15^th July 2018.

Abstract submission guidelines 

• Authors will be notified of the abstract acceptance/rejection no later than May 14^th, 2018.
• All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English with a quality of spelling and grammar suitable for publication.
• Each abstract should include: Title, List of authors, Affiliations, Abstract body (max. 2500 characters including including references, funding and acknowledgements), and Keywords.
• There is a limit of one abstract submission per presenting author. The presenting author must attend the congress and be available to give the oral presentation or to present the poster.
• ​Applicants should indicate the format they would prefer to present their abstracts:

1. Oral presentation: oral presentations will be 15 minutes with 5 minutes for questions. Spaces are limited. Those who are not successful in securing an oral presentation may be offered to present their abstract in a poster format.
2. Poster presentation: poster presenters will be asked to be available to answer questions during a dedicated poster viewing time.
