MOSTMICRO - ITQB and its researchers are involved in several Master Courses at ITQB NOVA, Universidade Nova de Lisboa. A Master student at ITQB NOVA is part of the research staff integrating the research groups.
Some research groups are also available to receive Master Students from other courses for their project implementation.

Master in Medical Microbiology The Master Degree in Medical Microbiology, is a collaborative Masters Course from Universidade Nova de Lisboa initiated in 2003 and involving ITQB NOVA, the Instituto de Higiene e Medicina Tropical, Faculdade de Ciências Médicas and Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia. Master in Science Communication The Master Course in Science Communication is a collaborative project of Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas NOVA and ITQB NOVA. With an essentially practical approach, the course covers the application of different communication tools to science communication in three major domains: journalism, institutional communication and education.
