Despite its existence since 1995, the Portuguese Biophysical Society was
only formalised as a legal name in July 16th, 2004. The statutes can be
found here, only in Portuguese.

These statutes were undersigned by Miguel Castanho, Manuela Pereira, Manuel
Prieto, Cláudio Soares and Bruno Victor, in the name of the Portuguese
