[Course] Macro Scripting in ImageJ

This course will convey basic concepts and hands-on training in Fiji/ImageJ macro scripting with a combination of theoretical presentations and interactive coding sessions. Trainees will apply the concepts and programmatic tools in relevant bioimage analysis tasks with short individual and group projects in an immersive training environment in close interaction with the trainers.

This course targets bioscience researchers and technicians from all levels who have basic proficiency in Fiji/ImageJ and wish to develop their macro scripting skills. At the end of the course, trainees will solve and automate bioimage analysis tasks with ImageJ’s macro language.

The course is organized by the Lisbon Bioimaging Group which is comprised of ITQB NOVA, Nova Medical School, GIMM, Champalimaud Foundation and FCUL.
