International Conference of the Portuguese Society of Genetics 2025

The International Conference of the Portuguese Society of Genetics 2025, promoted by Sociedade Portuguesa de Genética (SPG), welcomes everyone with an interest in Genetics. The program will cover a wide range of topics, with a particular focus on Animal, Plant, Microbial, Biomedical, and Evolutionary Genetics. The conference will feature renowned speakers who will share their latest breakthroughs in the field.

This year’s conference will be held at ITQB NOVA at Oeiras. On behalf of ITQB NOVA and SPG, the organising committee warmly invites students and researchers working in Genetics to join us for this two-day event. We aim to foster in-person interactions, share knowledge and enjoy the unique setting of the historic village of Oeiras close to the sea and just a short distance from Lisbon.
