Abstract:
NMR is one of the most versatile tools available to chemists and biochemists. ITQB is equipped with some of the most advanced NMR instruments, giving us a great array of opportunities for research. At the same time NMR is often considered to be a very complicated method. While this can be true in some cases, there is a multitude of biomolecular applications that are simple, very informative and robust.
In this talk I will present to you that range of applications. Examples ranging from protein-protein titrations to protein structures will be shown together with more exotic examples such as the study of proteins inside living cells and solid state protein NMR.
