Title: ITQB NOVA Mentoring Program: Information Session

Abstract: Building on the success of the previous Pilot Mentoring Program, ITQB NOVA is excited to launch a new edition! This session will introduce the Mentoring Program, explaining its goals and how to participate as a Mentor or Mentee.
The program aims to foster the professional and personal growth of the ITQB NOVA community. Through regular, structured meetings, Mentees—including 3rd and 4th-year PhD students, postdocs, PIs, and staff—receive guidance and insights from experienced professionals (Mentors) to help shape their career paths and tackle challenges.
Mentors, whether from academia or other sectors, are professionals eager to share their expertise, offering advice in a supportive and approachable way.

SCANs are weekly seminars that happen every Wednesday at noon by in-house researchers and invited speakers at ITQB NOVA.
