Title: Funding opportunities for Postdocs and Early PIs

Abstract:
The ITQB NOVA Science Funding Office organizes an information session on funding opportunities available for postdocs and early PIs.
Most likely, Postdocs, but also students finishing the PhD, need to find funding for their next salary. Also, Postdocs may be willing to give the first steps towards independence by getting their own research grants. Early PIs need to get funding for research projects and to attract and maintain a research team. With this in mind, we have designed a session to present and discuss several funding options currently available, as an appetizer for further involvement into funding applications.
All welcome to attend. Registration is not mandatory but recommended: please send an email indicating you will attend the session to itqb.funding@itqb.unl.pt until the 10th of February.
