Abstract:
The bHLH transcription factors PHYTOCHROME-INTERACTING FACTORS (PIFs) are key regulators of plant growth and development. Particularly, they promote a myriad of responses in the critical stages of early development. This talk will address recent progress that illustrates the integration of PIF-regulated development with environmental and endogenous signals to optimize plant growth.
