Title: Oleochemistry

Abstract:
Short presentation of the research activities being carried out at his institution with a view to the creation of scientific collaborations with interested parties in the chemical and biological sciences. This will be followed by a talk on oleochemistry. This should be of interest to PI wishing to increase their international collaborations and to students in groups working on the analysis and use of oils of all types.
