Prof. Johannes Gescher is a renowned researched in the bioelectrochemistry field, being involved in the fundamentals of extracellular electron transfer, and in the development of novel approaches to increase electroactivity in electroactive organisms. In this talk, Prof Gescher will talk about anodic biofilms with Shewanella and in the understanding cathodic growth of Kyrpidia spormannii.
