The KTTO supports ITQB researchers in their engagements with industry by:

• Identifying suitable companies to partner with,
• Liaising between the researcher and the company to create mutual beneficial bespoke partnerships,
• Develop and negotiate suitable innovation contracts to reflect the unique partnership.

We have deep expertise in establishing the following agreements:

Confidentiality, memorandum of understanding, research collaboration, joint ownership, alliance, strategic partnership, consultancy, services, and licensing agreement.
