MATERIAL TRANSFER AGREEMENT (MTA)
Transfer of materials to/from external entities should be protected with a Material Transfer Agreement, which need to be reviewed by the KTTO and signed by an authorized official of ITQB NOVA (Director or Vice-Director).
Outgoing MTA
The transfer of biological material from ITQB to another institution (for profit or non-for profit) must be protected by an MTA. Please contact us and we will provide a template that fits your specific needs and interests.
Incoming MTA
When receiving materials from third parties, please submit the material transfer agreement (contract) from the provider. If the provider has not sent a material transfer agreement contact us.
