The InnovPlantProtect CoLAB is located at the INIAV breeding centre in Elvas, in the Portuguese region of Alentejo. This setting helps to not only densify the country and revitalize the Elvas breeding centre, but also strengthen links with local bodies and establish the region and Alentejo as a breeding ground for research, providing qualified jobs and helping to attract investors.
