Paula Alves was nominated Associate Editor of the Frontiers in Toxicology Journal for the In Vitro Toxicology section.
As an Associate Editor, Paula is responsible for overseeing the peer-review process, which include inviting the most appropriate reviewers and take the final decision on manuscripts. Associate Editors also contribute to the strategic direction of the section by annually co-editing or nominating a Research Topic around an influential scientific theme.
