Laboratory of Glycobiology

In the Laboratory of Glycobiology we aim at an integrated view of protein glycosylation in homeostasis and disease.

Major topics of research include:

1) Characterization of protein glycosylation from human cells, biofluids and extracellular vesicles with relevance in neurodegeneration using Glycomics methodologies to unveil novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
