Rita Batista is an invited Researcher from Instituto Nacional de Saúde Dr. Ricardo Jorge
Rita graduated in Applied Chemistry by FCT-UNL and obtained her PhD in 20o8, in Biology by ITQB-UNL.
Her present research interests are focused in the application of profiling techniques to the evaluation of genetically modified food safety, namely their potential allergenicity.
