• Plant organogenesis and somatic embryo formation - differentiation from various plant tissue explants in different media (plant growth regulators).

• Analysis of putative transgenic lines by histochemical b-glucoronidase activity assay.

• Histological study of somatic embryo formation in M. truncatula - fixation, plastic embedding, sectioning, staining and microscopic observation.

• Digital image acquisition and processing.
