When arriving to Brussels airport (Zaventem) take a train ticket to Louvain-la-Neuve (there are four trains/hour to Brussels). To go to Louvain-la-Neuve change at Brussels Nord. There take the train to Ottignies (direction Luxembourg) (there are two direct trains/hour). In Ottignies take the train to Louvain-la-Neuve.
