        Postdoctoral researcher 

        Working in in the group of Dr. Stefan Rüdiger, (Faculty of Science, Bijvoet center, Cellular Protein Chemistry lab). Study of the interactions of the  Hsp90 molecular chaperone with substrates and co-factors. Setup of new methodologies to perform NMR of high molecular weight protein complexes  (>100kDa). 

2003 – 2007                       Wageningen University, Wageningen, The Netherlands

        PhD in Biophysics (AIO)

        PhD student of the Biophysics Laboratory under the supervision of Dr. Marcus Hemminga and Dr. Carlo van Mierlo. Working for the MIVASE(Molecular interactions of Vacuolar ATPase) EU Project, concerning the structural determination of peptides derived from the Vacuolar-ATPase complex present in the membrane by liquid state NMR, molecular dynamics calculations and CD.

        Master of Science in Natural Products and Food Chemistry, branch Food Chemistry.

        Thesis: “Studies of Quercus suber L.. Indicators of the interaction cork / wine model solutions", under the supervision of Dr. Ivonne Delgadillo and Dr. Sílvia Rocha.
